At Easts, the Grassroots to Greatness pathway evolves at the U13–U14 stage with the introduction of high performance methods. This phase supports players as they transition into a more structured and competitive environment, where training begins to incorporate performance standards, skill refinement, and physical preparation appropriate to their age and development.
 

While enjoyment and safety remain central, players are introduced to expectations around discipline, teamwork, and personal growth, helping them build habits that support long term development both on and off the field.
